Team Field Training Exercise
ITOA conducts several all-day field training exercise programs for teams. The program provides hands-on training. Offers a platform for all participants to review their performance in the handling of at least five different tactical scenarios. Allows each team to evaluate its skill level, tactical equipment, and procedures in an extremely realistic training environment.

• All callout gear
• Communications/radios
• Team gear (if available, such as ballistic shields, technology/cameras, breaching equipment), deployment vehicles (optional)
• A positive attitude
