Designated Marksman Field Training Exercise (FTX) and Clinic

The Illinois Tactical Officers Association is pleased to offer this training opportunity:

Designated Marksman FTX and Clinic

**Registration Required - No Walk-Ins Accepted** 

Dates: April 16th, 2021 

Times:  8:00am-4:00pm

Location: Waterman, IL (location details provided upon registration)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:  

This FTX will test the designated marksman with challenging courses of fire from 0 to 600 yards. 

Each participant is required to bring the following equipment: 

• Pre-zeroed police rifle in .308 and/or 5.56mm with three  magazines. 
• Semi-auto duty pistol with three magazines. 
• Clear eye protection (corrective lenses must be covered by impact  resistant type shooting glasses). 
• Hearing protection. 
• Holster. 
• Rifle magazine pouches. 
• Pistol magazine pouches. 
• Cold weather gear. 
• Lunch and warm beverage. 
• Minimum-150 rounds of ammunition for each weapon system. 

Cost:   $25 – ITOA Members

            $65 – Non-Members, Includes a one year ITOA Membership
