RESCUE TASK FORCE END USER INSTRUCTOR COURSE
(Train-the-Trainer Course)
Location: South Chicago Heights, IL
Dates February 26-27, 2026 Time: 8am-4pm
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This two day, 16-hour Instructor course has been designed to train Police Officers and Firefighter/Paramedics as instructors to teach Active Threat Rescue Task Force skill sets. The focus of this program will be to provide the knowledge, specialized tactical skills, and associated materials to develop, implement, and teach Rescue Task Force End User courses to Police Officers and Firefighter/Paramedics at their respective departments.
RESCUE TASK FORCE OPERATIONAL CONCEPT: Police Officers and Firefighter/Paramedics operating together during an Active Threat situation rapidly performing critical lifesaving medical procedures and triage under the force protection of law enforcement.
COURSE PREREQUISITES: Police Officers should be certified Rapid Deployment Instructors and/or responsible for conducting Rapid Deployment training at their departments. Firefighter/Paramedics should be responsible for conducting training at their departments.

$375.00 for current ITOA Members
$415.00 for non-members (includes a one-year membership)

ITOA Refund Policy (effective from February 10, 2025)
The Illinois Tactical Officers Association (ITOA) refund policy for those who cancel their attendance at an ITOA paid event is as follows:
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 30 calendar days prior to the event.
- If cancelled 7-29 calendar days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations less than 7 calendar days prior to the event will not be granted a refund.
Additionally, a registrant who does not attend the event for which they are registered will not receive a refund.
