2026 VENDOR REGISTRATION - ITOA Fall Conference and 2026 Sponsorship

Join us on Nov. 22-23, 2026 as a vendor at the 38th Annual ITOA Fall Conference!

This year's conference will once again be held in Rosemont, Illinois, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The generous amount of conference space allows our vendors to set up in the main hallways outside the conference rooms, where attendees will be passing through during the day.

The vendor show will open on Sunday, Nov. 22 at 12pm Central, and will feature a Vendor Appreciation event in the afternoon/evening. The vendor area will be open all day Monday, Nov. 23, from 8am to 5pm Central.

ITOA Refund Policy (effective from February 10, 2025)

The Illinois Tactical Officers Association (ITOA) refund policy for those who cancel their attendance at an ITOA paid event is as follows:

• A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 30 calendar days prior to the event. 
• If cancelled 7-29 calendar days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellations less than 7 calendar days prior to the event will not be granted a refund.

Additionally, a registrant who does not attend the event for which they are registered will not receive a refund.
