Illinois Tactical Officers Conference
         November 21, 22, 23, 2021




The annual training conference advances the education and professionalism of law enforcement officers, particularly those in emergency response functions. The first conference drew 160 officers and subsequent conferences have drawn more, with the 2019 conference attended by 700 officers throughout the United States. The annual conference is typically held in November in west suburban Chicago.

Planning for this year's ITOA Annual Training Conference is nearing completion. The conference will be held on November 21-23, 2021.

Limited Registration

Remember that registration is limited, therefore registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration must include your payment (check, charge card information, or department purchase order).

There will be no registrations accepted after this date and there are No Walk-Ins at the conference. A confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of the above. Again register early, so that you won’t miss this outstanding training event.

While the traditional 3-day full conference is open to all, the one-day Executive Symposium is specially designed to present current topics to Chief Executives and their command staff. Presentations will be conducted by ISP / ITOA Medical Director Doctor Andrew Dennis, Chief Pat Kries, Chief (ret.) Jeff Chudwin, Eric Arnold from ILETSB Executive Institute, Chief Edward Mohn, ILEAS Special Teams Assist. Coordinator Randy Olsberg, ITOA K9 Training Coordinator Bert Badertscher & Clinical Psychology Professionals.

Subjects to be presented will include:

Those attending the Symposium may receive 6 Hours of Continuing Education Credits as mandated by the Training Board.


Cost: $150.00. Which Includes: One Day Executive Symposium, One Year ITOA Membership, Vendor Show, Continental Breakfast, Lunch & Banquet Dinner. Or you can attend the symposium as part of the full 3-day conference.

ABOUT ITOA

This is an opportunity for tactical officers to gather together to compare ideas and experiences. Through education and networking, it was hoped that high-risk operations requiring the use of a tactical team would be made safer.
